All Raven & Ink prints are made to order. This means we don’t hold stock — every piece is created specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size, or design choice.
Refunds for defective items
If your print arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise defective, we will replace or refund it at no cost to you.
What to do if there’s a problem

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the defect or damage.

Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

We cannot process refunds without photographic evidence of the defect.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we may need to charge additional shipping to resend it.
We work hard to ensure every minimalist art print arrives in perfect condition. If we’ve missed that mark, we’ll make it right.
